1. General By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. NÈRA COLLECTIVE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee they are error-free.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and dispatched.

4. Delivery Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. NÈRA COLLECTIVE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Finnish consumer protection law (Kuluttajansuojalaki). EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is the property of NÈRA COLLECTIVE and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability NÈRA COLLECTIVE is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
