1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at [your email address] before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that jewelry and accessories that have been worn or altered may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
